THE CHALLENGE

Bellamy’s Organic is Australia’s favourite Organic Baby Brand. They were looking to update their social media strategy to be more in line with current content trends so that they can reach more potential customers. They felt they needed a shift in their content and tone to be more down-to-earth, authentic, and reflective of who they are as a brand.

The solution

We hit the ground running! As timelines were tight, we quickly crafted a new Instagram strategy and content plan. We started by shooting new videos and imagery that felt more in line with current trends and what the target audience wants to see. We implemented a whole new look and feel, including a new tone of voice and new design theme to the account.

KEY OUTCOMES

  • In the first month of posting, we saw a 129% increase in organic reach on Instagram.

  • Our new approach to reels saw a 288% increase in Reels views.
