The Challenge…

Moroccan Tan offers premium Australian tanning products with the most effective skin adoring organic fake tan ingredients. With a previous focus on B2B they wanted to establish a digital communication strategy to connect directly with consumers through an organic Instagram and TikTok strategy paired with paid Google and Meta advertising.

The Solution…

Initially brand awareness and target audience education was the key objective as they launched into the B2C space. Building trust, communicating key benefits, and correctly positioning the product in a saturated market was key to a successful digital approach. We did this through a holistic paid and organic social media approach, which relied heavily on engaging video content.

  • Within the first few months of posting, we saw a 64% increase in new followers on Instagram, and a 233% increase on Facebook.

  • We saw a 565% in reach amongst existing followers on Instagram in the first 90 days, with a massive 6600% increase in reach amongst non-followers. Impressions also increased by over 1000%.

  • TikTik video views increased by 40%, with profile views up 120%.

This video is an example of the kind of video content we have created for MoroccanTan. This is a Facebook / Instagram feed ad, which we shot in a professional studio with a model. We used the text overlay to call out the key brand features to increase brand awareness in our Top of Funnel Meta Ad Campaigns. The footage was also re-cut for TikTik and Instagram Reels.
